Tina Lynch is a trauma-informed Certified Somatic Therapy Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, IIN Health Coach and Romana's Pilates Instructor. A lifelong creative with a career that began on stage in NYC and over a decade of study and practice in mind- body healing modalities, Tina has mastered the art of listening, expediting insights and creating strategy to achieve results. She is dedicated to helping people release damaging stuck emotions in the body by utilizing techniques that cultivate an awareness of bodily sensations and teaching people to feel safe in their bodies while exploring thoughts, emotions and memories. Individual programs are created through working with Somatic Experiencing, IFS, Pilates and Breathwork.Her passion for storytelling led her to Co-create/Host/Produce the podcast "oh, health no!", where guests share personal, heartfelt health crisis stories to inspire and oftentimes sprinkle in wild and humorous tales to let listeners know that they are not alone.Her transition to becoming a wellness practitioner was natural and seamless but, was not part of the plan. After facing a series of serious life threatening health challenges while working as an actress, she began a deeper inquiry into several different healing modalities that not only gave her her life back but, ignited a passion to completely start over!Today, she is honored and privileged to work with people worldwide by creating a safe space to partner in their healing and post traumatic growth.She is the founder of liferuby, a program to help women reconnect to their innate creativity and confidence after a health crisis.
